Therapy that helps you calm your mind, steady your emotions, and build the life you are actually excited to live.
I provide telehealth counseling to Texas residents ONLY.
How to Begin Online Mental Health Counseling:
If you are a Texas resident, you can book an online intake session below.
Scheduling the first online appointment may actually be the hardest step when deciding to make a change in your life. While most of the first appointment is geared toward gathering information, that is an important part of the process and allows me to get familiar with your patterns and allows you to get to know my style a little bit.
NOTE: You will be redirected to Headway platform. Please sign in and complete your account information after you book.

What to Expect: Your Journey Begins Here
Starting therapy is a significant step toward a steadier, more fulfilling life. To help you feel prepared, here is a look at how we’ll begin our work together.
The First Session: Laying the Foundation
The initial appointment is a dedicated space for us to get to know one another. It is less about "diving into the deep end" and more about building a safe, sturdy container for your progress. During this 50-minute session, we will focus on:
Gathering Information: We’ll discuss your personal history, current challenges, and the patterns you’ve noticed in your life.
Identifying Goals: We will define what success looks like for you. Whether it’s calming a restless mind or navigating a specific transition, we’ll pinpoint exactly what you want to achieve.
Assessing Fit: This is your time to see how my style feels to you. A strong therapeutic relationship is the biggest predictor of success, and it starts here.
Virtual Session Guidelines (Do’s & Don’ts)
To ensure our time is effective, confidential, and safe, please keep the following session "house rules" in mind:
Do find a private, quiet space where you won't be interrupted.
Do feel free to have a snack, water, coffee, or tea during our talk.
Do ensure your device is charged and your internet connection is stable.
Don’t join from a public place (like a coffee shop) where others can hear your side of the conversation.
Don’t join the session while driving or in a moving vehicle. This is a safety requirement.
Don’t invite a friend, partner, or family member into the frame unless we have prearranged a joint session.
Moving Forward
After the intake, we typically meet weekly. Each session is a step toward building the life you are actually excited to live. If you have questions about insurance or scheduling before we begin, please don't hesitate to reach out.

How long does therapy usually last?
Therapy is a highly individualized process. Some clients find that 8 to 12 sessions are sufficient for specific, goal-oriented challenges, while others prefer ongoing support for deeper personal growth. We will check in regularly on your progress to ensure our time remains valuable to you.
What is telehealth like, and is it effective?
Research shows that telehealth can be just as effective as in-person therapy. I use Headway with its HIPAA-compliant, secure video platform to ensure your privacy. When you click to book, you will be redirected to Headway.com. Please create an account and add your information for me to review.
Do you offer couples counseling?
While my primary focus is on individual therapy for adults and adolescents, I do offer couples counseling for partners looking to improve communication, navigate transitions, or rebuild trust.
Do you work with children and adolescents?
Yes. I am equipped to help children and teens navigate big emotions and developmental milestones. For younger clients, I often incorporate parent consultations to ensure the whole family is supported in the process.
Do you speak Spanish?
I am bilingual and speak English and Spanish fluently.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
I require 24-hour notice for cancellations. Because your time slot is reserved exclusively for you, late cancellations or "no-shows" usually incur a fee. This helps maintain consistency in your treatment and respects the scheduling needs of all my clients.
I live outside of Texas—can we still work together?
Currently, I am licensed as an LPC in Texas and can only provide mental health counseling services to residents within the state. If you are moving or temporarily out of state, please let me know so we can discuss the specific regulations for your location.
Please note that I offer consulting services worldwide and you can book a call to see if coaching/consulting may be appropriate.
