How do teletherapy sessions work?

All sessions are conducted via a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. You’ll receive a private link before our appointment. This allows you to engage in deep, focused work from the privacy and comfort of your own space, anywhere with a stable internet connection.

How often should we meet?

For the best results, especially during the initial phases of counseling, weekly sessions are recommended. This maintains momentum and allows us to pivot quickly as you apply new strategies in real-time.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes, I am an in-network provider with several major insurance companies. I can provide you with a "superbill"—a detailed receipt of your services—which you can submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement. I recommend contacting your insurance carrier directly to confirm your benefits for "outpatient mental health services."

What is your cancellation policy?

I value our time together and keep a limited caseload to ensure every client receives my full focus. I require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling; otherwise, the full session fee will apply.

What states are you able to provide services in?

I am currently licensed to provide counseling services to residents of Texas. Because licensing laws are state-specific, you must be physically located in Texas at the time of our session.
